  • Hello Hadi,

    As per my last message, the file policy.pid is in the directory

    /opt/pmx/var/run/milter

    Most systems have a "locate" command as well:

    $ locate policy.pid

    This is not the issue however.  The error message states "unknown list" named Backscatter-NDR.

    This means you are referring to a list named Backscatter-NDR in your policy.siv that is not defined in the policy manager.

    Policy -> Lists -> New.  You must create a list named Backscatter-NDR or put the location of this list in when you create it.

    If you have a pre-existing file named Backscatter-NDR, please back it up before you proceed.

    Please call support if you need further assistance.

    Cheers,
