Difference between "Quality of Service" and "Web protection Application"

Hi all!

I have 2 quick questions regarding two functions.

1. What is the difference between "Quality of Service" in "Interfaces and Routing" and "Application Control" in "Web protetion".

2. What function of the two mentioned above is best to use to block/throttle some web browsing.

Thanks in advance,

Tobias

  • I figured it out!

Quality of Service is specifically for ordering by importance. This is to improve the network speed, stats etc.

Application Control is purely to block certain applications for (all) users.
