RED 10 went down after update to 9.4 soft release

I have updated a SG230 to the 9.4 soft release and a RED 10 we have connected is now listed as offline.  I went ahead removed the RED configuration and recreated it but it does not reconnect.  I see in the the soft release notes it updates the firmware on the REDs.  Not sure if that is where it went bad.

This section of the RED log is where I think the upgrade happens and then it doesn't work after this point

  • Hi dirkkotte,

which problem do you have? hardware defect or do you see an error in the log-lines?

    best regards

    Torben

  • Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.

The error messages are exactly the same from top of threat.

But the problem disappears after 12 hours before we are on site.

    regards, dirk
