9.714 ISO file download availability?

Question

We have a broken HA pair due to the Webfiltering bug of 9.173-19 we managed to get the Master up2date and is now finally working correctly, however we now need to reimage the evicted Slave with 9.714 to be able to join back to the HA pair. I have not been able to find a download link for the latest 9.714 ISO and hence customer is at risk running without HA. 
 Simple question when will the latest ISO we available to download, anyone know?

 Release for 9.714 is rolled out in phases- UTM Up2date 9.714 released 
 You may upgrade the slave to 9.713 and then download the Up2date package for 9.713-9.714 also on the above link.
