SUM Up2Date Patterns Not Updating

SUM Version: 4.310-13

Pattern Version: 211536

I noticed an issue where my UTMs were not updating pattern definitions when using SUM as an up2date cache.  When trying to update patterns manually on the SUM, I get the following messages in the logs.  Current version is showing as 211536 and latest is 211579 at the moment.  Anybody else seeing something similar or have any ideas?  Thanks

    That doesn't mean they aren't updating necessarily, with SUM it will get its update when its pushed, and that is frankly not a big gap in pattern updates.  That log entry is normal.

    Guess I'll give it a few days and see what happens.  I'm not sure how the pattern updates are handled for the up2date cache but it appears to be broken on my system.  Had to turn off use sum server as up2date cache on all UTMs so they could grab pattern updates.

    Same problem here. Did you find a solution?

    SUM seems to download pattern but doesn't deliver them to connected UTMs. Cache deleted, nothing changed. One UTM configured to update directly worked without problems. All others are stuck with old patterns.

    One manual Update of UTM over SUM shows:

    Current pattern version: 211492
    Latest available pattern version: 212537

    Update patterns now shows following log entries:

    I wasn't able to find a solution and decided to stop using the up2date cache.  I didn't like my chances of resolving with support with the product going eol in a few months.  Best of luck.
