Vladimir, what does Sophos Support have to say about this? I don't think I'm alone in not wanting to watch a 15-minute video unless I'm getting paid for it. [;)]

Do not say anything. Why Sophos gives a trial version? the client has the opportunity to want to examine the system, right? if there is a problem in the system and not by the customer, the manufacturer should solve it! Otherwise, why buy something that does not work ? If the problem would be by me, I am willing to pay for it. But apparently, the problem in sophos side.
