Sophos UTM 9.3 Not routing between interfaces

Hi,

My UTM 9.3 is not routing between interfaces.

LAN: 172.17.0.254

WAN: 192.168.0.13

WAN interface was configures with Dynamic so It got the IP from my ADSL router. I can ping WAN from my Laptop but can not pint my ADSL IP or 8.8.8.8

Please see my Interfaces screenshot attachment.

I followed the below link while setting up the UTM but couldn't understand what went wrong.

    Welcome to Sophos Community.

    Have you configured a LAN-ANY-WAN Firewall Rule in UTM? Please check if the ping through gateway options are configured correctly. PFA screenshot:

    If everything is proper, please provide me a tracert output.

    LAN to Wan is configured.

    Also Ping through gateway options are also configures.

    Tracert:

    Still can not able to access Internet through Firewall.

    My Lan is: 172.17.0.254 (Gateway not configured)

    WAN: 192.168.0.13 (gateway 192.168.0.1)

    The tracert is successful !! 

    Please check the DNS Server IP on the local system and within UTM, see that you are not using any proxy settings in the web browser. 

    I also suggest you to restart restart the httpproxy services.

    1. ssh to UTM and login with loginuser
    2. su - root
    3.  /var/mdw/scripts/httpproxy restart
