Unable to download endpoint package from link in webadmin

The link shown in Endpoint protection - computer management - deploy agent doesn't work and no download happens.
Same when I replace the word slim with full.

The error shown (on a computer with endpoint already installed) (see attached picture).

Is this a temporary issue on Sophos' side?
On another UTM I manage the link is working, this one is pointing to another server however.

    Found another thread discussing the same problem. There it was told that disabling endpoint protection and then re-enabling could resolve the issue. Probably indeed a problem on Sophos' side, as also my computers are all listed offline while in fact at least some of them are definitately online.

    Now trying to turn off the feature (deleting data so to "hopefully" get connected to another broker server) I just can't disable it (see attachment).

    Should I really wait until the server is available again?

    Managing several Sophos firewalls both at work and at some home locations, dedicated to continuously improve IT-security and feeling well helping others with their IT-security challenges.
