SD-RED20 not connecting to Internet

Thank you for reaching out to the community, based on LED status described, it looks like: "Device is connecting to default gateway/router."  But some how it is unsuccessful, and that could be cause of the ports reachability over the ISP, as:

• SD-RED 20 & SD-RED 60 TCP 3400 + UDP 3410  || Ensure the ports are open for the connectivity.

Could you tell me where these ports have to be open? I guess in the part where I have the SD-RED connected.

Is there any way to check those ports?

This should be open from the ISP side...
You can check on the https://www.ipfingerprints.com/portscan.php

My XG Firewall is at another place and my SD-RED20 is at home. So the question is: I must open those ports to the SD-RED (3400 and 3410)?

I think first of all, the SD-RED should connect to internet, right? But it can't reach the default Gateway Router. I think the default Gateway Router is my ISP router..

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what and thank you for your help.

Yes, so there will be a communication establishment on the default gateway of the firewall.

It is old but the configuration setup of the red hasn't changed... 
Plus as mentioned earlier ports TCP 3400 + UDP 3410 should be allowed by the ISP.

Finally my problem was that I had 1 NAT rule giving me problems. So I deleted it and now it's working fine.
