Executive Reports not generated in 9.2

Executive reports in latest build of 9.2 (4-10-2014) are not being generated.  Cannot manually generate the executive reports either.  So the issue is not so much the outbound send function but the actual report generation.   Is anyone else experiencing this issue and if so what have been your resolution steps to date?   Thanks in advance.

    If rebooting doesn't resolve the issue, try rebuilding the PostgreSQL databases, from the command line as root, with /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild.  

    If that doesn't work, then I think the best would be to make sure you have several configuration backups saved on your PC, re-image from the 9.111 ISO and restore.
