I just placed the UTM 9 onsite at the weekend and we had one user left on the on prem exchange. We are now facing problems with them being able to send/recieve email and I can't migrate them as I am getting this error when trying to do the migration. Has anyone had this problem and what is the fix?
All the O365 IP's are added to the firewall
DNAT rule is in place Any -> 25 & 587 -> external WAN (Network)
Firewall rule allowing it all through as well (Any ipv4, onprem exhange and EOP -> 25,443,587 -> Any ipv4, on prem exchange, EOP
