SG230 Zoom meeting low bandwidth and 90% packet loss

I am using SG230 all network traffic is normal but only have problem with zoom. I disabled all functions (qos, web filter, application control...) but no luck. Other video conference program is ok. Only Zoom has problem.

look in IPS / UDP flood - usually you will find lots of Zoom packets blocked there. UDP 3478, 3479, 8801 - 8810 Make exception for the ports. https://support.zoom.us/hc/de/articles/201362683-Einstellungen…

I suggest you do not try to make exceptions for the 100 IP Ranges of zoom - because they use others that are not on the list. Just except the UDP Ports.

MS Teams is also using this port 3478-3481

I checked firewall log, no IPS/UDP flood. Please tell me where can I find that log, thanks.
