SG230 Zoom meeting low bandwidth and 90% packet loss

I am using SG230 all network traffic is normal but only have problem with zoom. I disabled all functions (qos, web filter, application control...) but no luck. Other video conference program is ok. Only Zoom has problem.

I suggest you do not try to make exceptions for the 100 IP Ranges of zoom - because they use others that are not on the list. Just except the UDP Ports.

MS Teams is also using this port 3478-3481

There is in that case a lot of UDP flood related blocking in my case too. Especially related to packets returning. Just normal UDP port 443. Because that part in UTM is not statefull I disabled UDP Flood Protection at the moment till I got a better solution. (Yeah I know I could exclude maybe that port only but is there a difference? A possible attack will hit that exclusion too.)
So just have a look into the log and you will be a step further to the solution.

And maybe tell us about your setup. Are you using proxy? Standard and/or transparent mode? And are you using the zoom Windows application?

I checked firewall log, no IPS/UDP flood. Please tell me where can I find that log, thanks.
