Unequal Broadcast of Bandwidth for ap 50's (NO TRAFFIC SHAPING RULE).... XG

Hi folks

I just encountered a weird problem regarding sophos AP.

This is the Scenario.

When we connect an AP into UTM.. Our network became slow despite nobody was connected to that AP. But when we try to unplugged the AP, network turns into Normal speed/bandwidth..

What was the cause and solution for this problem..?

Hi,

can you post the configuration differences between the two setups? Can you post a small network diagram? Furthermore, what is the test you use for measuring bandwidth/speed?

let me rephrase my question sir..

we have 2 aps connected into the same XG appliance.

one ap (AP 1) is connected/assigned near XG appliance and the second ap (AP 2) is connected/assigned more distant from XG.

The problem is

when AP1 is connected alone in XG appliance network speed/bandwidth is normal but then when both aps are connected, network became slow (no one is connected to AP2).

You must unplugged AP2 in order to make the network normal again.
