Create WLAN Bridge with AP6 420

Basically if you create a Mesh Network, the AP6 will offer the same network(s) like you have on the root AP6. 

This means, if the root AP6 gets an IP from a network, it will extend this network as well to the mesh AP6 RJ45. 

No configuration is required here.

I did not test the VLAN part of this one, so if you have a  SSID with a bridge to VLAN, it could work as well. 

and some other question: Is it necessary, that all APs are connected directly to the root AP or can one other AP6 can build the mesh connection?

AP root <-wired-> AP6 node <-mesh wlan-> AP6 node.

I tried a couple of times yesterday:

Putting Node AP back to LAN. All get's fine. Putting it off it never connects.

REmoved AP node from mesh network. Central says "updating" then "up to date". I reassigned AP to mesh network. again updating. Then I put it back to offline network. No connection. I checked mesh light on AP. No flashing. In central it tooks 30 Minutes until the AP get's notice about status change....

I need help!

AP6 supports up to 3 hops. 

Can you try to fix the channel to the same channel like your AP6 root? 

You can also access the AP6 mesh in this setup and try to check the local config for any sync issue. it should have a locally installed Mesh SSID. 

OK. I changed all APs with fixed channels.

I also logged in and say mesh configured. But both APs keep unregistered after moving out of LAN.

btw: It tooks more than 15 minutes to realize missing APs in central.

Can you create a support case for further investigation?

I am trying to change the mesh network from 5 GHz to 2,4. Save button is not available.Did that because 2,4 Ghz network all APs get same channel. 5 Ghz not.

Same when trying to remove AP from mesh network. Button keeps unavailable. You have to go to the AP and remove mesh there.

Is this bug or feature?
