SOPHOS CENTRAL WIRELESS CANT CHANGE THE SOPHOS LOGO ON CAPTIVE PORTAL

Good Morning Sophos

After uploading our company logo in CAPTIVE PORTAL customization preview in hotspot shows not reflecting all the changes specially in changing logo,

Hello, A new internal ID that mostly matches the issue you’re mentioning has been opened ( CWIFI-13151 ); if your case isn’t the one attached to that, feel free to mention it. Regards,
