Sophos APX 120 blinking all colors

Question

Good day 
 l have a APX 120, and XG135 Firewall . the access point is blinking amber, and later green . The access point is getting the IP address from the firewall, But the access point is not appearing on the pending list

 Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?
