I'm having 2 ongoing issues with DNS protection in Canada.
1: a lookup on a site fails sporadically by the Sophos dns servers. Have an open ticket for a month. Other dns servers or dns protection products I've tested aren't having issues.

I have an open case: 01934099
2: DNS protection blocking uncategorized sites, even if have them in a trust list, and have Allow for untrusted sites. As well as They've been categorized already elsewhere and visible in that category on Sophos XG.
site example: www.aspe.org (aspe.org works oddly)
Are others seeing similar 'twitchiness' of the DNS protection service?
