login problem

You can't claim a Home version in central, as all home firewalls are claimed already by sophos.

After entering the serial, you should be able to sync and view the licences. What does the licence page show?

Also you can try to receive a new serial ...:

my serial number already working but sometimes sophos can't register it's license and it forbid me from using or access management dashboard

Sometimes licence isn't ok?
Possible, the licence is used twice?
Otherwise, the licence should stay active after registering for a lot of days.

if it works occasionally ... it may be that the database at sophos-cloud is faulty.
I'm sure Sophos support can fix it, but I think it's easier to get a new home licence.
