login problem

hello everyone,

i have sophos home edition firewall installed on esxi VM it was running without any problems but suddenly when i login to sophos dashboard i have this window:

my serialnumber is correct and i can't modify it after i click continue it redirect me to this page:

i'm stuck in here and i don't have sophos central account because i'm working on home edition,

i have backup for sophos VM when i restore it the problem solve but it return again after 1 or 2 days

i also tried to update my frimware version but also i have the same problem

anyone have any idea please?

    You can't claim a Home version in central, as all home firewalls are claimed already by sophos.

    After entering the serial, you should be able to sync and view the licences. What does the licence page show?

    Also you can try to receive a new serial ...:
