SNAT XG 115 Camera System

I'm new to Sophos and I have been trying to get this accomplished by my self because I really want to learn this.  My background is UBNT, SonicWall's and Cisco ASA.

We have an XG115 that we are trying to open the port for our camera system at that location.  They only have one static IP and it is a small shop.

  • I created a IP Host with the Camera IP address
  • I created a SNAT using that IP Host
  • I created the proper service with the proper TCP ports
  • I then created a User/Network Rule with:
    • Identity = Off
    • Source:
      • Zone = WAN
      • Network = Any
      • Services = Camera Services I created
      • Schedule = all the time
    • Destination:
      • Zone: Lan
      • Network: Camera IP Host I created
    • Action = Accept
    • Routing
      • Use Outbound Address = Camera SNAT i created
    • Malware Scanning = off
    • Policy for user application = off
    • Log Traffic = On

I'm still not able to get a connection.  Then I added RDP and turn the firewall off and enable RDP to anyone on the computer and I'm still not able to RDP to it.  I don't see anything hitting the camera system computer and also the packet capturing in the Sophos is very vague.   Can anyone point me on the right direction?

Thanks
