As posted in another thread, I upgraded my hardware today. During the upgrade the synchronisation worked, but after a restore of my working configuration I am unable to synchronise. The downside of this appears to be the AV products don't update or even install, all products all show as not being subscribed too. All othe products do downaload and update so I do have some sort of protection.
I would hope this is a home user issue and not a paying customer one? What do I need to do to get the AV products installed? I have left the XG do the automatic update, but to no avail.
