Firmware update

When I search for firmware from the SFM it doesn't find any updates even though MR1 has been released. Is it possible to schedule firmware updates via the SFM or do I have to do that from somewhere else?

    Hi Brendan,

    Sorry for confusion.

    In order to update the firmware on the XG's attached to the SFM ,user does not need to upgrade SFM  firmware first.

    Can you provide the firmware version of XG's attached to SFM? if you inside SFM , System Management > Device Settings > Firmware page  and you check for the latest firmware nothing appears?

    No worries on the confusion, its probably equally my fault.

    The devices are currently at SFOS 15.01.0 and when I go to check for latest firmware on the SFM I do not see any available updates. Also I am using the cloud version of the SFM if that makes any difference.

    Hi Brendan,

    Reported issue is already identified bug in SCFM (Sophos Cloud Firewall Manager).

    For reference Bug ID is NCCC-2488. Issue will be covered in future releases of SCFM
