We are attempting to use a 2 factor authentication service for clientless portal logins which acts as an inline RADIUS server. I suspect that this isn't working because the Sophos RADIUS authentication request isn't being processed quickly enough and times out. Is there a way to set the RADIUS authentication request timeout to a larger value?
