XG Firewall Device Name

Hello Everyone,

is there a possibility to change the Device name on XG Firewall, i am managing more than 4 XG firewalls for my clients, all the notifications show up just as "Sophos" i cannot find out which customer the device belongs to until i open the mail check the IP or slno against my records. It would be of tremendous help if we can assign custom name to the Device for easy identification. Please let me know if there is an option somewhere.

Hi,

Good Question.

If you are getting Notification mails from XG Firewall, these notifications will be received from the configured "From Email Address".

Please help me with some more information on this matter to investigate further.

You can provide me screenshots of the notification mails you receive and a duplicate instance on how exactly you want to receive the notification.
