I go to licensing, and all are Unsubscribed.

I went to myutm.sophos.com, I can't see my device there. I don't think it allows to create a license and apply either in XG webgui?

Seeing no reply yet, I reinstalled the box, this time, activating, synchronizing everything, before configuring it. After it says successful synchronization, I started to configure it via webgui. It still shows as unsubscribed in the licensing page. Synchronization still doesn't work.

Any help?

I think the customer portal for SF OS (XG Firewall) is on the actual sophos.com website now. Login/Register by clicking on the top right user icon then go Network Protection --> Register Device

Hi. Thanks for the reply. It turns out the serial number I'm using is 30 days trial, and not home use serial number. Once I got that figured out, all is working already.
