Problems on WebUI

Having recently installed this product, I am noticing more and more that settings are not being saved on various portions of the web interface. Similar to my other post about the Default CA I am seeing problems adjusting SSL VPN settings. Any changes to the values (TCP to UDP, for example) are not saved when I click Apply. The spinning update graphic appears briefly and the page does not refresh. Clicking back to SSL VPN SETTINGS through the UI results in all values being restored to default. This occurs on multiple systems and OSes with no addons installed in the web browsers.

Is there a setting I need to adjust to make these settings stick?

  • Hi Joshua,

    Greetings.

I suspect that Firewall GUI  services are stuck.

I suggest you to restart the Tomcat services.

To do this, take SSH access to Firewall, go to option 5>3. Advance shell, and type service tomcat:restart -ds nosync

I also suspect it as a browser issue, hence clear the web history completely and also test the Firewall's GUI  working with different Web Browsers.

Update me if that helps :)

    Thanks
