AP55 linked to XG firewall. Andriod mobiles connects to AP but cannot gain access to services via the XG Firewall.

AP55 linked to XG firewall. Andriod mobiles connects to AP but cannot gain access to services via the XG Firewall, whilst other mobiles, ie apple, Microsoft can under the same rules. Ie a Wireless to WAN rule. If anyone may shed some light, would be appreciated.

I request you to check which Firewall is routing the requests from Android Mobile IP address.

I want you to observer the traffic flow through Packet Capture on the IP address leased to Android phones.

To configure Packet Capture on XG, please refer the link:

Share the output, if you find Rule ID 0 or any other "Reason", let me know so that we can proceed accordingly.
