I have issue regarding Sophos 100C AP the are taking more time to active in XG 310 firewall

Do you have STP (Spanning Tree Protocol) activated on your switch device ?

Ya activated

Can you disable it only on the physical port where you connected AP device ?

If you can, please disable STP on switch physical port that connects your AP with the rest of the network. In my experience, working with the new Sophos AP access points models (AP15 and AP55C), they tend to boot very quickly before STP algorithm on switch devices was finished.

Cisco device switch: ORANGE blinking
Sophos AP: series of ORANGE, then 4-5 times GREEN and than reboot. In that 4-5 packets AP tried to contact UTM, and after failure reboot itself hoping that it will have more success next time.

Okey got it thank you...our firewall is connected to L3 layarr switch. From L3 we connected L2 switches , we connected AP on L2 switches ....So as per your suggestion I have configure STP only on L3 and L2 switch.... And I have disable STP on phical port where I connect AP
