Error when registering device from Partner Portal

While I was trying to register NFR SW/Virtual Appliance from partner portal site I received this error.

Ticket is already submitted, just wanted to check if there is any other Sophos partner who finished the registration procedure for a XG firewall succesfully.

    Hi Vilic, if you are still having a problem then feel free to get in touch with me via private message and let me have your partner portal login info (account name / email) and the serial number you were trying to register.
