Enpoint Protection lässt sich nicht installieren

Beim Installieren Punkt 1 von 7 wird die Internet Connectivity getestet. Der Test schlägt aber Fehl und die Installation bricht ab. mit folgendem Bild :

Webprotection ist aktiv . Internet über Proxy läuft einwandfrei. 
Email einwandfrei. 
Ich hab eine Ausnahme in der Endpoint Protection hinzugefügt : 


Aber es hilft nichts. Die Installation schlägt immer fehl.
