ASG 220 - Keine Internetverbindung nach Upgrade auf 7.5 (von 7.304)

Liebe Astaro-Freunde, 

wir haben folgendes Problem: 

Wir hatten bisher 2 Astaro ASG220 im HA Modus parallel laufen (Firmware 7.304). Alles lief perfekt, Netzwerk, Internet, VPN, etc.

Nun wollten wir zunächst eine der beiden Geräte auf das Firmware 7.5 upgraden, was zunächst auch funktionierte. Das Upgrade verlief problemlos und auch die Konfig-Datei konnte eingespielt werden. 

Als wir dann die ASG220 mit 7.5 ans Netzwerk angeschlossen haben funktionierte der Internetzugang nicht mehr (Wir haben eine Company Connect Verbindung bei der Telekom). 

Deshalb musste ich die ASG220 mit 7.304 wieder ans Netz hängen, damit der laufende Betrieb weitergehen kann. 

Leider konnte ich den Fehler - warum keine Internetverbindung möglich ist - bisher nicht finden.

Hat jemand eine Idee? Gibt es Zusatzfeatures bei 7.5, die berücksichtigt werden müssen?

    Das Upgrade verlief problemlos und auch die Konfig-Datei konnte eingespielt werden.

    Do you mean that you did not take the Up2Date path, and that you installed from CDROM?  I think that's riskier than applying the Up2Dates, but should not cause any problem.  I've done it the same way before because the client was paying by the hour and I wanted to get the job done faster! [;)]

    My first guess, without looking through your logs, is that you need to ask die Telekom to "bounce" their last-hop router before your site in order to clear the ARP entries for your IPs.  Or did you try that?

    Yes, I upgraded the ASG 220 with an ISO image on CD.

    I was able to speak with the German Telekom today concerning the ARP entries, but they told me that there aren't any ARP entries at the moment. However, they offered me to take a look on the DSL router when it is connected to the upgraded Astaro ASG 220 (FW 7.5). 

    Unfortunately, it was very strange: when I connected the upgraded Astaro ASG 220 (FW 7.5) to our LAN and WAN, I could not reach the appliance at all (https://192.168.xx.***:4444). I was surprised that it does not work in our LAN. 

    Then I connected the Astaro ASG 220 (FW 7.5) to a single computer with same IP number range (192.168.xx.xx) outside of the LAN. And... I could connect to the Astaro ASG 220 (FW 7.5) through a browser (https://192.168.xx.***:4444). How strange...

    I do not understand why the connection is not possible anymore inside our LAN. 
    The LAN cable is connected correctly and the two lights on the connecting plug lights up (orange and green). 


    Do you have any idea what happend with our appliance? I also uploaded brandnew config file today from our 7.304 machine, but I still cannot connect in our LAN to the upgraded machine (7.5).
