iView / Configuration / Devices OR Device group hangs. The page initially displays with the spinner in the middle of the screen but everything unclickable. Have to refresh page.

iView / Configuration / Devices OR Device group hangs.

The page initially displays with the spinner in the middle of the screen but everything unclickable. Have to refresh page to be able to do anything. Both the DEVICES and DEVICE GROUP config pages are completely broken.

I have tried different browsers and rebooted the iView Vm with no change.

I request you to log a case with our Support Team on this matter, if you have a valid support subscription. This needs to be verified through backend connections.

I did open a support case, the technition called me and spend over an hour trying to figure out what the problem is, no luck.

He ended the call by saying he was escalating the issue to a higher level and I would be getting a call.

I am still waiting.................
