Sophos XGS Transfer license HA issue

Question

Hello, we use 2 XGS firewalls in HA and would like to transfer the licence. Unfortunately, no licences + firewalls are displayed in the license area in Sophos Central. We are registered there with the email that was used to register the firewall. How can the licence be transferred now if nothing can be seen there?
