Sophos XGS Radius configuration failed

you need to check that on the RADIUS logs.

I tested RADIUS config on XGS right now and see the same error while RADIUS auth is working.

you will probably see something like in the RADIUS logs:

"Login incorrect (Failed retrieving values required to evaluate condition)" or "Login incorrect (Home Server says so"

That means, there is no authentication policy that matches this type of authentication.

probably your firewall does not trust the RADIUS server certificate or vice versa. Self signed certs of unknown CAs used?
