Sophos XGS Radius configuration failed

I tested RADIUS config on XGS right now and see the same error while RADIUS auth is working.

"Login incorrect (Failed retrieving values required to evaluate condition)" or "Login incorrect (Home Server says so"

That means, there is no authentication policy that matches this type of authentication.

Yes, exactly. We checked the Radius logs and received the following message:

"The client could not be authenticated because the Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) Type cannot be processed by the server"

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

probably your firewall does not trust the RADIUS server certificate or vice versa. Self signed certs of unknown CAs used?
