SSL VPN Client not connecting Immediately after Installation

The SSL VPN client is not connecting immediately after installation and returns the error below


We have just uninstalled the previous version of SSL client and re-installed the above.

The last time a colleague installed a fresh OS on their machine, the SSL client initially failed to connect but successfully connected after an hour.

Our mobile team, responsible for enrolling people, is currently stuck because we just reinstalled the SSL client.

  • The issue that was preventing SSL VPN users from establishing a connection was due to the 'Simultaneous Login' setting being limited to 1. As a result, only one user appeared as active in the 'Current Activities' section.

    After increasing the setting to allow more than one user, other users were able to successfully establish their SSL VPN connections.
