Traffic Shaping / QoS

Good morning.

I have been looking for information about the use of Traffic Shaping / QoS and applied what is indicated but in my case it is not working for me.

I have 2 offices, each with a Sophos firewall.

The server in office A sends data to the server in office B, the problem is that it is consuming a lot of bandwidth in office B with the download of the data sent by the server in office A.

I have tried to apply the QoS in several ways but it doesn't work, the filter is applied to the firewall in office B.

The following rule was applied to rule out zone failures, among many other tests that I performed modifying the origin and destination zones and networks:

Origin zones-->any 

Source networks and devices-->192.168.40.5

 Destination areas-->any 

Destination networks-->192.168.50.5 

Services--->any

and I apply this policy

Can you limit the bandwidth to download through requests that come through IPsec tunnels?
