HOME License on XG115 hardware network adaptor not working

Question

Hi There 
 I recently acquired a second-hand XG115W. After wiping the SSD, I successfully installed the V20 HOME firmware on it. However, I've encountered this issue after the installation: 
 Ethernet ports 2 and 3 do not function. 
 I can see the activate light flashing, but it stops until the system reaches the password screen. The management web interface shows four Ethernet interfaces, but ports 2 and 3 remain inactive. I can see two interfaces in the management menu, but they don't work before login. Only Ethernet ports 1 and 4 are working properly. 
 Also, the Wireless interface is not working too. 
 Has anyone else experienced these issues with the XG115W?

 Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community. 
 In the console, if you press 1. Interface Configuration>and press Enter again. 
 Does it give you the option to edit the inference? 
 In the advanced shell, what is the status of the interface? 
 You may use ethtool or configure using ifconfig Port# IP netmask subnetmask up
