Reimage Sophos Firewall not possible

Hello,

Yesterday I tried to reimage a Sophos Firewall of ours but I didn't succeed.

I followed the instructions as provided on https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/21.0/help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/BackupAndFirmware/Firmware/FirmwareReimageXGFirewall/index.html and tried multiple USB-sticks (multiple sizes, FAT32/NTFS/exFAT) and multiple versions of BalenaEtcher but the only thing that happens is that a partition of 2kb is being made and nothing else. Rufus didn't work either.

I tried both version 20 MR2 and 21 beta.

When plugging in the USB stick in the Sophos, nothing happens regarding reimaging.

I tried this multiple times successfully in the past months so I don't get why it suddenly won't work.

Any idea?
