SSLVPN connection just stops responding

I have this really strange problem where SSLVPN connections crash after 6pm. Setup as a full tunnel and works fine throughout the day and then at night time everything just dies. When first connecting to the VPN everything works fine for about a minute and then suddenly everything stops. Can't ping the Sophos firewall, can't ping the internet. Can then disconnect and reconnect and it starts working again for around a minute then dies again.

I can't find anything in the SSLVPN logs on the client. There's nothing obvious in the firewall logs. There's no time restrictions. I've even put in a VPN -> WAN allow all rule as a test and the same thing happens.

I don't even know where to start diagnosing this. I can't view live logs because it drops all internet connections. Any suggestions?

If you can share in PM, thesupport access id of the XGS and also tell us one user who faced the problem recently, we can check in the logs to see what could be the problem

Can I ask what firmware version you are using? Also, kindly share the case ID. If none, I recommend creating one and sharing it with us.

Dead and Idle disconnections set at maximum values already

Only seems to happen at night time.

Thank you for the information. If possible, you may also do a debug for the said time if we can find any information related to the issue. I highly suggest you kindly create a case to check this further.

Creating a case will take months of back and forth before escalating three times to someone who has the level of expertise to diagnose this issue.

I was posting here hoping someone else has come across this.
