Sophos Central Firewall connections down since weekend

Thank you for the clarification, Upon checking, there’s no issue as of the moment except for the Sophos Switch.

Kindly open a support case, and provide the Sophos-central.log and centralmanagement.log. Also kindly share the case ID.

Would you like to have one case or should we open multiple - for each affected customer?

Kindly create one case and inform the handler that multiple firewalls are affected. 

Sure, here's Case-ID #01887739.
I've shared three different support access ids within case for investigation. (all different ISPs)

We have the same issue since yesterday at one of our customers Firewall.

We also experience this problem with some customers with Sophos Firewall. Not all of our clients but some of them.
