REMOTE ACCESS DENIED

Hi,

I am new to Sophos products

I newly get into it and the BASIC installation has been done.

I discovered the Sage300 application that our staff working remotely using a public IP to connect to the onpremises server is not working after installation of Sophos.

when they enter the IP as they do enter it, the site will open. When they enter their credential, It will says "Unable to connect to the remote server"

I have searched for related videos on youtube but none addresses my challenges

Please, I urgently need help. Our staff working remotely could not access the Sage300 folder on the server for a week now

What do I need to do? Please, ASSIST.
