IP Lease problem

I have a problem regarding may rujie AP that connected in sophos firewall XGS2300. I created VLan 172.16.16.16 for employees user(mac binding) and Vlan2 17.15.15.16 for Guest wif(DHCP) from 172.15.15.20-100. My problem was when i tried to connect my android,ios and wifi dongle in GUEST I can connect and get an IP to the firewall but when I tried to connect any laptop Ididnget any IP in my dhcp lease ip... I already created a policy for it and the only problem is laptop that can't connect in wifi if it's not mac binding.

    Hi Ramil,

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community. 

    I recommend checking the Mac binding, DHCP settings, and VLAN/firewall rules to ensure they are correct.

    Also, kindly check the logs, which might assist us further.

    If possible, kindly test it with different devices.

    HI Sir, for android phone and other Cellular device it can connect also the wifi dongle even I didn't add the mac in Firewall the only problem is any laptop that I tried to connect windows or mac it can't get an ip from dhcp..

    Hi,

    has the allocation in the first DHCP server timed out or is it still active. If active the XG wil not assign another address.

    do you have a dhcp-reservation for the notebook within another IP-range ? ... so you need a special cli-command to allow DHCP in other networks.

    Do you have multiple SSID's at the AP's?
    How do you send the Wifi-Client to the correct VLAN?
    Which VLAN-ID do you use for which IP-Subnet?
    How do you connect the AP to the Switch? Do you have a VLAN-Trunc?
    Where is the DHCP-se4rver for the 172.16.16.0 Subnet located?
