User assigns always to just one AD group

Hello,

I have a problem with a user who belongs to several groups in my Active Directory.
Two of these groups are present in my XGS. However, the user on the XGS is only a member of one group, and for organizational reasons I don't want to use this group for the web filter but rather the other group.
The users are synchronized via the Sophos Heartbeat. The order of the groups on the XGS is defined so that my preferred group is higher than the one I don't want to use.
Nevertheless, the user is only sorted into this one group each time.

What am i doing wrong?

    So the problem still exists.

Even opening a ticket with Sophos hasn't helped so far, except that they keeps asking for the same log files over and over.
The ticket has now been running for 9 weeks and there doesn't seem to be much motivation at Sophos to solve the problem.

Since there doesn't seem to be any progress at all on our ticket, I'll try here.
Can one of the mods take a look at what my ticket looks like and why the problem can't be fixed?
