Sophos Firewall online but offline in Sophos Central

A Sophos Firewall XGS116 is online on the customer's side.

But when I look at the Sophos Central side it says the firewall is offline.

I already rebooted the firewall and upgrade the firmware to SFOS 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378.

But still it stays offline on the Sophos central side.

Can someone help me?

    We seen this on a number of MR2 installations recently (permanently dropping off Central in between being built and installed on site), we solved it by removing and readding the XG to Central - I'm assuming it has been in Central ok previously.
