Sophos Firewall Home v20 - is Serial Number transferrable?

Hi ,

I just want to find out if I registered my Serial Number for PC no.1,

later the PC died ( not working order), can the Serial Number be transferred to a replacement PC no.2?

Or the serial number is not transferrable, I need to apply a new one?
