that does not answer my question, sorry. I just need some clarification in regards to my question.

So script like...? If you can elaborate ?

My question is:

"is it possible with Sophos Openconnect to only execute the MS Windows AD Logon Script after successful vpn connection (using the .pro file)? Or is it also possible to run any custom script or command?"

We simply check connectivity when the user logs in, based on which it will initiate an Auto connect function based on the response...

Sophos Connect currently supports a feature where it fetches and executes a script configured at the AD (as logon script).  Other than this feature, Sophos Connect does not give provision to run any other custom script right after that tunnel up/down events 

That´s the answer I was looking for.
