Please check and verify traffic flow under MONITOR & ANALYZE || Diagnostics || Packet Capture passing from the same firewall rules and drop packet

Please post the firewall rule as per the packet capture 

Is there a way to use the 'drop packet' command and tell it the specific firewall rule?

We also discovered that we can't RDP to the server.  When we do a packet capture through the firewall tools it shows a violation for the ports for RDP and camera software.
