Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.
Kindly apply the following command in the Advance shell to unlock the GUI and revert the configuration. Kindly remember that upon applying the command, all network traffic will stop.
system appliance_access enable
Kindly follow the following KB for reference

To disable, apply system appliance_access disable

this command will probably not fix the misconfiguration in the NAT rules.
Yasser Gomaa maybe this firewall is managed by Sophos Central? you could use that way to access the firewall.
I think there is no way to delete a NAT rule by CLI access? Then restore of the last working backup may help.
